Reserve a Meeting Room
The library provides meeting rooms for informational, civic, educational, and professional needs. There are two rooms available. The Adult Library Meeting Room has room for 20 people. The Children’s Library Meeting Room has room for 35 people. Stop by the Adult Checkout Desk or call the library at 262-375-5315 to check for availability.

Sign up for a Library Card
Anyone living in Dodge, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, or Washington county can get a library card. All you need to bring to the library is a photo id and something containing your current address (lease, mail, checkbook, etc…) If your Driver’s License has your current address that is all you need! If you are under 18 years of age a parent/guardian will need to be present to sign the registration form and provide their photo ID. Children 5 years old or older may get their own card. Click here to start your library card registration online.  Library cards can be used at any of the libraries in the Monarch Library System.
Place a Hold
Materials can be requested from any of the libraries that are a part of the Monarch Library System through MonarchCat.
-Search and locate the item that you would like to request.
-Click on the blue box called “Request It”.
-Select a pickup location (i.e. Grafton Public Library). If you would like that to be your default location, check the box that says “Always use this pick-up location (you can change it at any time)?”
-Then click “Submit Request”.
You will be notified when the item arrives at the Grafton Library for checkout. You have 7 days to pick up your items after notification.
Renew Items
Click here to renew your items. This link will take you to where you manage your “Items Out”. Here you can see the Due Dates and renew your items. If an item does not renew, it is most likely because someone else has requested the item. Items can be renewed up to two times as long as there are no other patrons waiting for the item. If your item is already overdue, please contact the library for assistance at 262-375-5315. If you have overdue books, the screen will also let you know what your fine will be. Just click on the button that says “Estimate Overdue Fines”.

The library offers faxing service. Stop by the Adult Checkout Desk to send your fax.
Fees are as follows:
$1 fee for the first page
$0.50 for each subsequent page
There is no fee for the library provided cover page.
Copy and Print
The library has a photocopier which makes black and white copies for $0.15/a page. Printing from the public computers cost $0.10 a page for black and white and $0.25 a page for color. The library also has wireless printing so you can print from your laptop, smartphone or tablet.
Scan a document
The library’s copy machine works as a scanner but requires a USB drive. If you do not have a USB drive, the library sells them at the Adult circulation desk. Scanning is free.
Schedule a Proctor
The library provides proctoring services for distance education students. For more information or to set up an appointment for proctoring services, please call the library at 262-375-5315.
Donate Books, Movies, CDs
The library accepts donated materials in general clean and good condition.
Donation Guidelines:
1. All acceptable materials donated are tax deductible.
2. Donated materials will be placed in the collection at the discretion of the library. Most all materials that are not put in the library’s collection will be put in the book sale.
3. The library does not accept the following: Textbooks, Encyclopedias, or Magazines.
