Sign up for a Library Card
Anyone living in Dodge, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, or Washington county can get a library card. All you need to bring to the library is a photo id and something containing your current address (lease, mail, checkbook, etc…) If your Driver’s License has your current address that is all you need! If you are under 18 years of age a parent/guardian will need to be present to sign the registration form and provide their photo ID. Children 5 years old or older may get their own card. Click here for a library card application. Library cards can be used at any of the libraries in the Monarch Library System.

You will be notified when the item arrives at the Grafton Library for checkout. You have 7 days to pick up your items after notification.

Renew Items
Click here to renew your items. This link will take you to where you manage your “Items Out”. Here you can see the Due Dates and renew your items. If an item does not renew, it is most likely because someone else has requested the item. Items can be renewed up to two times as long as there are no other patrons waiting for the item. If your item is already overdue, please contact the library for assistance at 262-375-5315. If you have overdue books, the screen will also let you know what your fine will be. Just click on the button that says “Estimate Overdue Fines”.
