The library owns two Kindles that are available for checkout.  Each Kindle circulates for 14 days.  Fines are $5 per day.  It must be checked out and returned to the circulation desk at the U.S.S. Liberty Memorial Public Library.  The carrying case includes the Kindle, a Kindle cover, a USB cable and plug for charging, and instructions.  If the Kindle is damaged or lost, the cost of replacement is $800 plus a $50 processing fee.  If any comp0nents are damaged or lost, the replacement cost of the component will be charged to the customer.
